个人信息处理方针

E&S(株)（以下简称“公司”）重视客户的个人信息，并遵守《促进信息通信网使用及保护信息法》。

公司将通过个人信息处理方针，告知您您提供的个人信息以何种方式用于什么用途，以及公司为保护个人信息采取哪些措施。
公司修改个人信息处理方针时，将通过网站公告栏(或个别通知)进行公告。
本方针自2015年1月1日起施行。

01. 收集个人信息项目
为了咨询及服务申请等业务，公司收集下列个人信息。
收集项目：姓名、电话号码(座机/手机)、电子邮件地址、公司名称、部门，以及在使用服务和业务处理过程中，会自动创建下列信息。

公司将收集到的个人信息用于下列目的。

03. 个人信息的保有及利用目的
公司在达到个人信息收集及利用目的后，将毫无例外地销毁相关信息。

04. 个人信息销毁流程及方法
公司原则上在达到个人信息收集及利用目的后，会立即销毁相关信息。其销毁流程及方法如下。

销毁流程
- 会员为客户支持而输入的信息，在达到其目的后会被转到专用数据库(纸质文件在专用文件柜保管)，根据内部方针及其他相关法令规定的信息保护理由(见保有及利用期限)存储一段时间后销毁。除法律另有规定外，转到专用数据库的个人信息不会被用于其他用途。

销毁方法
- 以电子文件形式存储的个人信息，采用无法恢复记录的技术方法删除。

05. 提供个人信息
公司原则上不向外部提供用户的个人信息。但有下列情形之一的除外。
- 用户事先同意的
- 依据法律规定或者依据法律规定的搜查程序和方法搜查机关要求进行搜查

06. 收集个人信息的委托
未经您同意，公司不会将您的信息委托给外部企业。今后如有必要，将委托单位和委托业务内容通知您，如有必要事先征得您同意。

07. 用户及法定代理人的权利及行使方法
对于收集、利用及提供的个人信息，用户可以随时撤回或修改自己同意的内容。想撤回同意及修改时，以书面、电话及E-mail等方式联系个人信息管理负责人，我们将立即采取删除或修改个人信息等必要措施。

08. 有关个人信息自动采集工具的安装、运行及其拒绝
为了向访问公司网站的用户提供适当的服务，公司使用保存并随时读取用户信息的“Cookie”。Cookie是用于运行网站的服务器（HTTP）向用户的电脑浏览器发送的小型文本文件，储存在用户电脑中的硬盘中。

Cookie使用目的
- Cookie是用来防止弹出公告的重复通知。

Cookie的安装/运行及拒绝
- 用户拥有安装Cookie的选择权。用户可以在浏览器中设置选项允许使用所有Cookie，或者每次保存Cookie时都要进行确认，或者拒绝保存所有cookie。

本“个人信息处理方针”不适用于公司网站所链接的网站收集个人信息的行为。

Chính sách xử lý thông tin cá nhân

'E&S Co., Ltd.' (gọi là 'Công ty') coi trọng thông tin cá nhân của quý khách và tuân thủ " Luật khuyến khích sử dụng mạng thông tin truyền thông và bảo vệ thông tin, v.v."

Thông qua chính sách xử lý thông tin cá nhân, công ty thông báo cho khách hàng biết mục đích và cách thức sử dụng thông tin cá nhân do khách hàng cung cấp và những biện pháp đang được thực hiện để bảo vệ thông tin cá nhân.
Trường hợp có sửa đổi trong chính sách xử lý thông tin cá nhân, công ty sẽ có thông báo trên trang web (hoặc thông báo đến từng cá nhân).

02. Mục đích thu thập và sử dụng thông tin cá nhân
Công ty sử dụng thông tin cá nhân thu thập được cho các mục đích sau.
Trả lời các câu hỏi trên trang web và gửi các bản tin trực tuyến

03. Mục đích lưu giữ và sử dụng thông tin cá nhân
Sau khi hoàn thành mục đích thu thập và sử dụng thông tin cá nhân, công ty sẽ ngay lập tức hủy các thông tin đó mà không có ngoại lệ.

04. Quy trình và phương pháp hủy bỏ thông tin cá nhân
Về nguyên tắc, sau khi đạt được mục đích thu thập và sử dụng thông tin cá nhân, công ty hủy bỏ thông tin đó ngay lập tức. Quy trình và phương pháp tiêu hủy như sau.

Quy trình tiêu hủy
- Các thông tin do thành viên nhập để hỗ trợ khách hàng, v.v., được chuyển đến DB riêng sau khi đạt được mục đích (tủ hồ sơ riêng trong trường hợp viết bằng giấy) và các thông tin đó sẽ bị tiêu hủy sau khi được lưu trữ trong một khoảng thời gian nhất định theo lý do bảo vệ thông tin dựa trên chính sách nội bộ và liên quan đến pháp luật khác (tham khảo thời gian lưu giữ và sử dụng). Thông tin cá nhân được chuyển đến một DB riêng biệt không được sử dụng cho bất kỳ mục đích nào khác ngoài việc được lưu giữ trừ khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

Phương pháp tiêu hủy
-Thông tin cá nhân được lưu trữ dưới dạng tệp điện tử bị xóa bằng phương pháp kỹ thuật không thể phục hổi bản lưu.

05. Cung cấp thông tin cá nhân
Về nguyên tắc, công ty không cung cấp thông tin cá nhân của người dùng ra bên ngoài. Tuy nhiên, những trường hợp sau đây là ngoại lệ.
-Khi có sự đồng ý trước của người dùng
-Trường hợp có yêu cầu của Cơ quan điều tra theo quy định của pháp luật hoặc theo thủ tục, phương pháp do pháp luật quy định để phục vụ công tác điều tra.

06. Ủy thác thông tin cá nhân đã thu thập
Công ty không ủy thác thông tin của quý khách cho các doanh nghiệp bên ngoài mà không có sự đồng ý của quý khách. Trong trường hợp cần thiết, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo về đối tượng và nội dung ủy thác, đồng thời sẽ nhận được sự đồng ý của quý khách trước nếu cần.

07. Quyền của người sử dụng và người đại diện hợp pháp và cách thức thực hiện
Người sử dụng có thể rút lại hoặc chỉnh sửa nội dung với sự đồng ý của quý khách đối với việc thu thập, sử dụng và cung cấp thông tin cá nhân bất kỳ lúc nào. Nếu quý khách liên hệ với người phụ trách quản lý thông tin cá nhân bằng văn bản, qua điện thoại hoặc e-mail, chúng tôi sẽ ngay lập tức thực hiện các biện pháp cần thiết như xóa hoặc chỉnh sửa thông tin cá nhân.

08. Các vấn đề liên quan đến việc cài đặt, vận hành và từ chối thiết bị thu thập thông tin cá nhân tự động
Công ty sử dụng 'thẻ nhớ' để lưu trữ và truy xuất thông tin người dùng theo thời gian để cung cấp các dịch vụ thích hợp cho khách truy cập vào trang web của công ty. Cookie là một lượng nhỏ thông tin được gửi đến trình duyệt máy tính của người dùng bởi máy chủ (HTTP) được sử dụng để vận hành trang web và có thể được lưu trữ trên đĩa cứng trong máy tính PC của người dùng.

Mục đích sử dụng cookie
- Cookies được sử dụng để ngăn chặn các thông báo trùng lặp của các thông báo được popup.

Cài đặt / vận hành và từ chối cookie

E&S Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Company’) considers a customer’s personal information as important, and thus complies with the Law Regarding the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use and Protection of Information.

Destruction procedure
- The information you entered for customer support, etc., is transferred to a separate DB (or to a separate filing cabinet for papers) once its purpose is attained. Regarding withdrawal and revision of the consent, please contact the person in charge of personal information management in writing, by telephone or via email, and then we will immediately take necessary measures such as deleting or revising.

08. Matters Regarding Installation, Operation, and Rejection of the Automatic Personal Information Collection System
The Company uses cookies that store and frequently retrieve information of users to provide service suitable for persons visiting its homepage. Cookies are a small amount of information sent to a user’s computer browser by a server (HTTP) used to operate a website. They can also be stored on hard disks in users’ PCs.

Purpose of Using Cookies
